Building a bridge out of popsicle sticks, glue, tape, and string was the goal of this project. The bridge was designed to support a minimum of six pounds. We discussed the many kinds of bridges that are now in use as well as the strongest bridge shapes. We discovered that the triangle is the strongest form to utilize on bridges. This is due to a triangle's immovable joints. To make the bridge strong, we applied this expertise in the design of the bridge. After constructing our bridge, we wanted to test it, therefore another strategy we used was to make the base of the bridge stronger than the top. Although we could see that our bridge could support the five pounds, when it collapsed
.

This was our design my group came up with.

This picture shows the process that we made and I forgot to take a picture of the final bridge.
